{"id":5425,"date":"2025-07-09T11:38:39","date_gmt":"2025-07-09T10:38:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/inkr.sk\/nwes\/5420\/"},"modified":"2025-07-15T11:40:06","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T10:40:06","slug":"5420","status":"publish","type":"nwes","link":"https:\/\/inkr.sk\/en\/nwes\/5420\/","title":{"rendered":"Standard Chartered becomes the first major bank to launch spot trading of Bitcoin and Ether"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Standard Chartered launches spot trading in Bitcoin and Ether for institutional clients in the UK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard Chartered has announced the launch of spot trading in Bitcoin and Ether through its UK-based division for institutional clients, in response to growing demand for crypto assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UK-headquartered financial institution said on Tuesday it had become the first systemically important bank in the world to offer secure, regulated, and scalable access to spot trading in the two leading cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Institutional clients \u2014 including corporations, investment funds, and asset managers \u2014 can now trade digital assets through familiar foreign exchange interfaces.
