Konecta Signs Three-Year Strategic Partnership Agreement with Google Cloud

Konecta, a leader in customer experience (CX) and digital services, has announced the formation of a three-year strategic partnership with Google Cloud. Through this collaboration, Konecta will transition its workforce of 100,000 employees to Google Workspace, significantly enhancing collaboration and productivity across teams globally. As a certified Google Cloud partner, the company will also deploy Google Cloud's Customer Engagement Suite solutions for its clients to increase the efficiency of their customer service. Additionally, up to 500 Konecta engineers will receive certification in Google Cloud technologies, enabling effective management of the deployment of next-generation AI-based solutions for clients.
